| This panel will p;resent current issues in research methodology associated with evaluating Restorative Justice practices. Papers consider evaluating the cost effectiveness of different restorative justice models, development of appropriate outcome criteria for evaluating restorative justice applications in different settings, developing a clear conceptual understanding of the transformative event in restorative justice, and the benefits of qualitative and longitudinal methodologies to evaluating the restorativeness of restorative justice encounters. | |||
