Alliance of NGOs on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice:  The Alliance was formed in 1972 as a coalition of major Non-Governmental Organizations having consultative status with the United Nations and dedicated to crime prevention and criminal justice improvements.   It is one of several venues we can use to affect worldwide change in crime and criminal justice based on solid research results.
